For the third year running, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice are hosting their own HILLY Half Marathon, and the clue is in the title! Taking in the scenic views of Huddersfield, this multi-terrain race is a perfect challenge for any runner to take part in. There is also the opportunity to take part as a team of 6, so if you are a corporate group/association you can run the 2 mile shorter relay course. “The sky’s the limit” has a whole new meaning when it comes to this challenge! We are looking for people to take to the skies and take on the ultimate challenge of a tandem sky dive. It is very exciting to announce that for the first time, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice has 5 places in the country’s largest half marathon, the Great North Run. The course starts in Gateshead and takes the 13.1 mile route to the finish in South Shields.
Breath-taking views, towering cliffs and stunning waterfalls tumbling from glaciers. Come trek the Alps and support Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice! 65km trek through the Mont Blanc region of the Alps. The event is being organised by ‘Global Adventure Challenges’ who will support you throughout the whole process.
