They contributed 15% of all the money we needed to raise last year. In 2017-18, we plan to increase that to a whopping 23%

Business is booming at our eBay charity shop: sales were up 34% on last year.

Across all our charity shop income, we were able to get £62,000 back from the taxman through Gift Aid – that’s 30% more than last year!

Our charity shops sold over 331,000 items, including furniture.
- In the past year, we’ve prepared 3 new charity shops for opening – that’s a 50% increase on how many we had the previous year.

Our biggest store is our Huddersfield superstore, and the fastest-growing is on Victoria Street in Holmfirth (with sales up 35% on last year)

We sent 150 tons of ‘rags’ to international destinations, raising a massive £60,000 – up 37% on last year.

Our 30 recycling bins across West Yorkshire collected over 26 tonnes of recycling.
- Volunteers contributed over 30,000 hours – that’s equivalent to15 full-time staff, who would otherwise have cost us £225,000. We’re also creating jobs, because almost a third of our paid charity-shop staff started out as volunteers!
