Who you are
We are looking for an exceptional and experienced children’s Carer to be part of our multidisciplinary care team in the provision of palliative care. Working with children and their families, the successful candidate will have experience of working with children, and ideally those with complex needs. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic team player who is committed to continuing personal development within the role.
What you’ll do
To provide holistic care and support to children with life limiting and life threatening conditions and their families. The post holder will be required to provide care across a range of settings in the community and at the hospice. The job includes regular evening, weekend and overnight working.
