Local children raise over £100,000 by going around the world!

By running, walking, skipping and hopping a sponsored mile or two each, children from schools, nurseries and youth groups across West Yorkshire travelled over 26,800 miles in total – that’s more than once around the world! And in doing so, made a huge difference to the local children with life-shortening conditions and families that we support.

A huge well done to all the children and their families who took on this challenge and raised such an incredible amount. It’s so brilliant to see local children do something magical for other local children!

We’re now recruiting schools and groups to go Around the World in 2019 – with plans to make it even bigger and better.
