Help us break a princess world record in Wakefield
Princesses of all ages are being invited to help set a right royal record at Trinity Walk, Wakefield, this summer.
We are attempting to smash the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as a princess on SUNDAY AUGUST 6 at 2pm. The current record is 419 and we are confident we can beat that!
Guinness World Record rules state that to take part, people must come wearing a long dress or gown down to their ankles and a crown or tiara – spare crowns will be available for free on the day. That could be as simple as a long maxi dress and Burger King crown (which we'll have plenty of for free!)
Heart Yorkshire's Dixie and Emma plus the Heart Angels will be here along with Princess Jasmine from Theatre Royal Wakefield and other famous princesses including Belle from Beauty and the Beast and ice queen Elsa. So don't forget to bring your phone or camera for FREE pics!
Men, women and children of all ages are invited to take part, with FREE face painting, FREE glitter tattoos, FREE balloon modelling and other FREE activities taking place between 12pm and 4pm and the main record attempt count is at 2pm, lasting five minutes.
