Take an adventure through history!
This incredible 2 day, 25 mile challenge will follow the ancient stone fortifications of Hadrian’s Wall as they weave over the beautiful rolling hills of the Cumbrian and Northumbrian countryside.
One of Britain’s most famous historic landmarks, Hadrian’s Wall was built in AD122 and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, attracting visitors from all over the world. This challenging walk starts at Lanercost Priory in Cumbria and takes in some of the most breath-taking scenery England has to offer.
Finishing your trek at Brocolitia in Northumbria, you can explore the site of the Roman ruins of the Temple of Mithras. A truly fascinating and picturesque finishing point to your adventure through history!
Accompanied by an experienced guide, you’ll be camping for 3 nights along the route with hot breakfasts provided on each day. You’ll get all the help and support you need to make sure you enjoy every minute of your hike along this iconic monument.
