Time to volunteer? Find out more at one of our information events
If you’ve got time on your hands and want to put it to good use, why not come along to one of our information events where you can find out whether volunteering’s something that would benefit you. These are informal, friendly sessions and there’s no pressure to ‘sign up’ – just come along and see what you think.

Join us at our coffee morning to find out more.
If you've got time to spare and you're looking to put it to good use, consider volunteering with Forget Me Not.
Your time will make a real difference to the local children and families we care for. And that’ll bring you a sense of fulfilment that other time-fillers just can’t match. Some of our volunteers tell us it's life-changing!
And there are so many ways to get involved. Whether it’s a couple of hours here and there or a regular half day, we have a volunteering role to suit you.
Want to know more?
Drop in to our informal coffee morning at Russell House, our children’s hospice, where you'll find out more about the difference volunteering makes - to the families we support and to volunteers themselves - and about the different types of volunteering you can do and how you can give as little or as much of your time as you want.
We’ll also show you around Russell House, so you can see exactly how volunteering helps us do our work (tours start at 9.30am and 10.30am).
We hope this will help you decide if volunteering with Forget Me Not is something you'd really enjoy and benefit from. But there's no obligation - if you decide it's not for you, that's fine too. So why not come along and see what you think?
