We’ll collect your tree from right outside your
house between 6th – 18th January 2026. Please make sure it’s accessible and easy to locate.
We’re not able to say exactly what date we’ll collect your tree, as it depends on your location and when we have a team available in your area.
No, we aren’t able to let you know when we’re going to collect, so it’s important it’s out and ready for our team before 6th January.
If we have problems locating your property, we will give you a call, so please make sure you leave a number for us to reach you on.
Yes, we can collect as many trees as you like. Let us know how many trees we’re collecting on the booking form and please adjust your donation accordingly.
We can collect trees of all sizes. If yours is bigger than 10ft though, please give us a call on 01484 411 040.
It’s per tree. If you have more than one tree to be collected, please make sure you make your donation based on a minimum of £12 per tree.
We cover all of West Yorkshire and OL postcodes. If you live outside West Yorkshire or these OL postcodes, we won’t be able to collect your tree. You can find out if your postcode is covered by entering it into our form.
We recycle every tree we collect. Most of them will be chipped and reused in natural landscaping, and some will be used by Ogden Water as part of natural barrier construction.
