A tribute fund is a way to keep any fundraising you do in your loved one’s name all in one place. You’ll have a dedicated webpage which you can personalise and use to share pictures, stories and memories. And whenever you, your friends and family or work colleagues make a donation, it will appear on this page, so you’ll be able to watch their legacy grow.
You can also light a virtual candle and leave messages on those special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, giving friends and family a lovely way to come together to celebrate and honour your loved one.
Anyone can set up a Forget Me Not tribute fund and there’s no cost to create or maintain it. It’s easy to do – simply complete a few details below. If you don’t want to create a tribute fund, there are still ways to donate to Forget Me Not in your loved one’s name. Please choose whichever of the following option works best for you. We’d really like to thank you for your donations, so please let us have your name and address. And please tell us your loved one’s name so that we can remember them, too.
