Arranging a funeral collection

Often people ask those attending a funeral to make a donation to a cause that was important to their loved one, in lieu of flowers.

If you’d like to support Forget Me Not in this way, here is a simple way to do it online.

Arranging a funeral collection

If you would like to do this, you can create a funeral tribute page where you can share practical funeral arrangements with your friends and family as well as giving them the opportunity to make a donation online and leave a message of condolence or light a virtual candle.

Please complete the details below to set up your page. Or if you would like our help please call 01484 411040 or email fundraising@forgetmenotchild.co.uk

Other ways to donate from a funeral

If you don’t want to create a funeral tribute page, we can provide envelopes that you can use to collect donations at your loved one’s funeral. Please email fundraising@forgetmenotchild.co.uk to arrange this.

Or you can simply make a donation online here.

Or by post – send cheques or cash to Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, Russell House, Fell Greave Road, Huddersfield, HD2 1NH.

Or over the phone – just call our fundraising team on 01484 411040.

We’d really like to thank you for your donations, so please let us have your name and address. And please tell us your loved one’s name so that we can remember them, too.

You can make a difference!
