Here's everything you need to know about shopping or donating to our shops:

Q. When will my nearest shop be open?

Q. When can I drop off donations?

A. Please visit our store locator to find your nearest shop and donation times/details. As some of our shops have limited space, please call in advance to make sure they can accept your donation.

Alternatively, you can visit our donation centre on Leeds Road in Huddersfield to drop off your donations, large or small. Details can be found here. 

Q. What donations do you need?

A. We always need donations of toys, bric-a-brac, ladies tops, shoes and handbags.

Q. Is there anything I can't donate?

A. You’ll find a full list here of what items we can and can’t accept as donations.

Q. What donations do you collect?

We can collect furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas and wardrobes. For more details and to arrange a collection, click here. 

Q. Do you have any donation banks?

A. We have a donation bank in Birstall car park.

Q. Are there any volunteering opportunities?

Yes, we’re always looking for volunteers to help us in our shops. Please click here for details and to apply.

Q. Can I volunteer?

A.Pop in to your local store to ask about volunteering - any help is greatly appreciated and our volunteers often tell us they love the experience of being part of the team.

Q. Can I shop online?

Absolutely. We have an online shop full of new items, branded goodies and virtual gifts and an eBay store where who knows what treasures you might find!
