Staying connected with Forget Me Not

Following a bereavement, many of the families we care for benefit from counselling, therapy, sibling support and bereavement support. These are available for our families for up to two years after a bereavement.

For some families, staying connected to the hospice is an important part of moving forward in their journey. If you’d like to stay connected or want to reconnect with Forget Me Not, you simply need to let us know by completing this form.

Updates about Forget Me Not and our hospice
Bi-annual invites to memorial events
Information about our memory garden.
