Retail Cluster Manager
Location:
Various locations
Salary:
£29,500
With 15 shops (and counting!) across West Yorkshire and Royton, we rely on our retail estate to generate vital income that helps us support local children with life-shortening conditions and their families. As a cluster manager, you’ll look after up to five of our shops, spending at least one day a week in each. You’ll be a hands-on presence for shop managers and their teams, making sure they have the training, development, wellbeing support and practical guidance they need to keep their shops running smoothly. You’ll help them maximise sales, deliver great customer service and create welcoming and inclusive spaces – that are great not just for shoppers but also for the staff and volunteers who work there and the generous community who donate their preloved items to us. Charity retail experience is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is that you’re an experienced retail manager who’s great with people – commercially aware, confident, adaptable and positive. There’s plenty of room to grow in this role, whether that’s developing your people-leadership skills or playing a part in our ongoing retail expansion. So, if you’re a supportive leader who loves developing others and creating positive retail spaces that make a real difference in the local community, this could be the perfect next step. Apply today.

Transport Team Leader
Location:
Russell House, Huddersfield
Salary:
£16,290
Our small fleet of vans – and their drivers – play a vital role in ensuring our shops across the region have the stock they need when they need it, to maximise sales and generate vital income for our charity. We also collect and deliver customers’ donated furniture and large items and will soon launch a house clearance service. As transport team leader, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly day to day. You’ll plan efficient van schedules, support and manage drivers and drivers’ mates, speak with customers and ensure our vehicles are safe, roadworthy and well maintained. Bringing your experience in transport operations, including scheduling, managing drivers and handling incidents, you’ll be organised, confident and able to work independently in this flexible role. If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your transport management career, in an organisation where you can put your expertise to good use, for the benefit of the local children and families we support, then we want to hear from you!
