Peer to peer support

We know how valuable peer to peer support is for our families, but we all understand that support groups can't take place right now - at least not physically. That's why we've set up a number of private Facebook groups that you can join to enable you all to stay in touch online.

If you'd like to join the Bereavement Support Group, Grandparents Group, Coffee Morning Group or Dads Group, simply click on the link and request to join. Our care team members run the groups, so there will be some familiar names!
