What to expect from a non-medical prescriber
Non-medical prescribing is when a registered nurse prescribes medicines that used to be only prescribed by doctors. It was introduced to improve access to treatment – that is, making it easier for your child to get the medicines they need. Please download our leaflet on non-medical prescribing for more information.
