Our Impact Report 2024/25 is here!

Our impact report shines a light on the difference Forget Me Not makes every day – from the number of families we’ve supported to the memories we’ve helped create. It also shares the challenges we face and how, together, we can build a sustainable future for children’s hospice care.

This past year, we’ve faced huge challenges – but thanks to our supporters, staff and volunteers, we’ve been there for over 1,000 children and families. 

Together, we’ve delivered: 
💜 933 bereavement sessions 
💜 515 hydrotherapy sessions 
💜 312 hours of end-of-life care 
💜 And seen 100% of families say they’re very satisfied with the care they receive.
