Shine a little light – our Christmas appeal is now live!

This year, for our Christmas appeal, we’re inviting you to shine a little light in memory of someone special by making a donation in their name – and in doing so, help us support local children and families to make the most of every moment.

It’s really easy too – people can visit our online memory wall here: www.forgetmenotchild.co.uk/shine-a-little-light and post a dedication to their loved one. They can upload a photo and a heartfelt message and their tribute will join many others remembering someone special this Christmas. And with a minimum donation of £5, their dedication helps us support children and families we care for this festive season and beyond.

Gemma Redford, our in memory fundraiser said, “At Christmas, it’s lovely to share special moments with family and friends, but for many of us it’s also a time when we feel the absence of a loved one. This is always a very poignant time of year at Russell House and our staff are on duty throughout the festive season.”
