The Leeds Abbey Dash has been selected as the England Athletics 10K Championship event, cementing its place as a key fixture on the national road racing calendar and bringing an even greater focus on both elite performance and mass participation.

What happens next?
Once registered you will be sent an email to redeem your run space. You must follow the link and redeem your space within two weeks to have your space confirmed.
What about sponsorship?
We’re asking all our runners to raise £250 or as much as you possibly can. When you register, you will receive a confirmation email it will include a link to our sponsorship form.
Can I pay the registration cost for the event to the hospice?
Yes, if you would like to pay towards your place so that all your fundraising goes towards supporting our children and families we suggest making a personal donation on your fundraising page to cover all or part of the cost for the running place. This also helps to get your fundraising started on your fundraising page.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. Most importantly, make sure you have some sensible footwear. We will send you a Forget Me Not vest closer to the run.
