Team GB’s Lois Toulson takes the plunge as our new ambassador!

We’re thrilled to announce Olympic Bronze medallist diver Lois Toulson as our newest ambassador!

Team GB’s Lois Toulson becomes our latest charity ambassador!

Team GB Olympic diving medallist Lois Toulson, 27, has become our latest charity ambassador. Making her debut at the Rio Olympics in 2016, aged just 16, Lois competed at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 and won an Olympic Bronze in Paris 2024 in the women’s synchronised ten metre platform event. She’s also a four time European championship Gold medallist and World Championship Silver medallist.

Born in Huddersfield and raised in Cleckheaton, Lois was a pupil at Whitcliffe Mount School in Cleckheaton and Elliott Hudson College in Leeds and trained with the City of Leeds Diving Club for 17 years. Lois is still based in West Yorkshire and now trains with fellow Team GB divers at the City of Sheffield Diving Club.

Lois joins a select group of our highly valued supporters, including Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker, Emmerdale’s Amelia Flanagan and Happy Valley’s Rhys Connah, Paralympic gold medallist Hannah Cockroft, goalkeeping penalty saving expert Mark Crossley, Rugby League legend Michael Lawrence, BTCC driver Dan Lloyd and golfer Lily Hirst.

I’m very happy and grateful to be able to stand next to some brilliant people in becoming a Forget Me Not ambassador.

Lois, who visited our purpose built hospice Russell House in September 2026, said, “I’m very happy and grateful to be able to stand next to some brilliant people in becoming a Forget Me Not ambassador. The charity does amazing work, and I had the opportunity to be shown around and see for myself some of the amazing care and help the children receive. I was also very moved to see that there’s an adapted pool for many of the children to use as I know first-hand the joy that can bring”

Our CEO, Gareth Pierce, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Lois, a member of Team GB, to Team Forget Me Not! When athletes like Lois join us as charity ambassadors it helps raise awareness and support for our work among new audiences. We’re looking forward to working with her in the coming months and years and can’t wait for her to dive in!”
